TMind AI is the provider platform where you can practice through simulations, create and manage your Therapist Profile, and access your professional tools. TMatch is the client-facing experience. It displays Therapist Profiles published from TMind AI, allowing clients to discover providers and book sessions. There's no separate provider account to manage on TMatch.
You create and manage your Therapist Profile entirely within TMind AI. Once you submit your profile, it can be published to the TMatch directory for clients to discover and book. There's no separate TMatch provider account to set up.
Clients can discover your profile through TMatch directory and Tracy's AI-powered matching experience. They can review your profile, learn about your approach and specialties, choose an available time on your calendar, and book a session with you.
TMatch is designed for licensed mental health professionals and eligible pre-licensed clinicians practicing under appropriate supervision. Eligibility may vary by license type, jurisdiction, and scope of practice. If you're unsure whether your credential is eligible, contact our team before creating your profile.
The Verified badge indicates that TMind AI has reviewed the credentials submitted with your Therapist Profile. Verified providers may also be eligible to appear in Tracy's therapist recommendations. Publishing a profile and receiving verification are separate steps.
You choose how you want to handle payment. You can collect payment directly from clients using your existing payment method or insurance billing workflow, or use TMind Payment if available. TMatch does not take a commission on payments you collect directly. Standard payment processing fees may apply when using TMind Payment.
Yes. Your TMatch directory listing is included with your TMind Pro subscription. You can create and publish your Therapist Profile with no upfront cost, and Pro billing begins after your first TMatch-booked session is completed. There is no separate TMatch directory subscription.
Yes. There is no fee for clients to use TMatch or receive therapist matches. Each therapist sets their own session fees and payment options. Clients can review these details before booking.
Both profiles are managed within TMind AI but serve different purposes. Your Therapist Profile can be published to TMatch directory so clients can discover and book you. Your Supervisor Profile is used within TMind AI's Supervision solution to connect with clinicians seeking licensure supervision. You can create both if you're eligible.
