  • Our Free plan is permanently free and gives you a genuine taste of the platform, including AI simulation sessions with Abe and default evaluation templates. When you're ready for more clients and customization, upgrading to Basic or Pro takes seconds.

  • Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. You'll never be charged unexpectedly.

  • We generally don't offer refunds for partial billing periods. However, if you experienced technical issues or were charged by mistake, please contact our support team — we're happy to review individual cases.

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards. For institutional or group licenses, we also support invoicing and purchase orders upon request.

  • We believe cost should never be a barrier to quality training. Our Free plan exists precisely for this reason. If your program has partnered with TMind AI, you may receive subsidized or free access through your institution. We're flexible and open to discussion for students, pre-licensed practitioners, and mission-driven nonprofits.   • For the Basic Plan, you can create up to 3 custom AI clients and 3 evaluation templates per month. These won't disappear after the month ends — they remain saved in your account. Each new month, you can create up to 3 new ones.

  • Yes. You can build AI clients with specific demographics, presenting concerns, clinical histories, communication styles, and session goals. Scenarios span a wide range — anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, family conflict, substance use, crisis intervention, and more. Design clients that match exactly what you're preparing for, whether that's a licensure exam, a specific population, or a clinical rotation.

  • Yes. Beyond the default templates, you can build fully custom evaluation frameworks that reflect your training goals. Pro plan members get unlimited template creation.

  • We support three flexible models:

    • Institution Pays: Your program purchases licenses based on enrollment. Students get seamless access with no out-of-pocket cost, fully aligned with your coursework.
    • Student Pays Directly: You invite students and they subscribe on their own. No budget approvals needed, and pricing stays transparent for everyone.
    • Subsidized / Financial Aid — For programs where cost is a barrier, we can work with your institution on subsidized or financial aid-eligible access.

  • Absolutely. We align AI client cases with your program's specialty — CMHC, LCSW, MFT, school counseling, substance use, and more — and can build custom scenarios, evaluation rubrics, and modules that map directly to your curriculum.

  • Both. Students on Pro-level or institutional access can create their own custom clients for independent practice. Institutions can also provision a shared library of program-approved scenarios that all students access, giving faculty control over the training environment while still leaving room for student-led exploration.

  • Yes. Institutional plans include shared evaluation template libraries that can be built around your program's specific competency frameworks, whether that's CSWE Educational Policy, CACREP standards, or your own internal rubrics. Faculty can create, assign, and review evaluations across the entire cohort.
