To make realistic clinical conversation practice more accessible, helping healthcare professionals and students learn, reflect, and grow.
Every Patient Deserves Clinicians at Their Best. We want a future where anyone, anywhere can access quality healthcare delivered by skilled, confident clinicians.
TMind AI is an AI clinical simulation platform that helps healthcare professionals and students practice patient conversations, receive feedback, and build clinical confidence. Rooted in mental health education, TMind is building toward a broader vision of healthcare workforce development infrastructure, with human clinicians, educators, and clinical judgment at the center.
TMind AI develops AI-simulated patient experiences for clinical training. The platform gives healthcare professionals and students opportunities to practice conversations, reflect on their responses, receive feedback, and practice again in a low-stakes learning environment. Rooted in mental health education, TMind brings a “clinical flight simulator” approach to learning: realistic, repeatable practice that helps connect classroom knowledge with patient-facing conversations. Its training tools include customizable simulated clients, text and voice interactions, and post-session feedback. TMind’s broader vision is to build healthcare workforce development infrastructure that supports universities, clinical training programs, and health systems as they prepare people for the conversations involved in care. Its AI simulations are designed to support learning and human expertise. They do not replace clinicians, educators, supervisors, or clinical judgment.
Cindy Nie is the Founder and CEO of TMind AI, an AI clinical simulation platform for healthcare training. Her experience teaching clinical social work students and running a mental health agency has shaped her interest in the gap between classroom learning and real-world practice. At TMind, she is advancing a vision of more accessible, repeatable clinical practice that supports the people who provide care. Her approach keeps human clinicians and educators at the center as the company expands its focus from mental health education toward broader healthcare workforce development.
