Accessibility Statement

Last Updated: May 2026

TMind AI is committed to making our digital products and online resources accessible to as many users as possible, including people with disabilities. We strive to design and maintain our platform in a way that supports inclusive, equitable, and usable access for students, instructors, therapists, supervisors, administrators, and institutional partners.

Our Commitment

TMind AI aims to support accessibility in alignment with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and applicable Revised Section 508 requirements.

Our product is a browser-based SaaS platform. We do not currently provide a separate native desktop application or native mobile application. Accessibility conformance for the TMind AI user interface is primarily evaluated through the web platform experience.

We recognize that accessibility is an ongoing responsibility. As our platform evolves, we continue to review our design, product, engineering, and support practices to improve accessibility over time.

Accessibility Features

TMind AI is designed with accessibility considerations that may include:

  • Keyboard-accessible navigation for core user flows
  • Semantic page structure and labels where supported
  • Screen reader-compatible layouts for key interface areas
  • Alternative text for meaningful images and icons
  • Responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile browsers
  • Clear headings, buttons, and form labels
  • Visible focus indicators where available
  • Text-based support materials and product guidance
  • Captions, transcripts, or text alternatives for selected multimedia content where available

Some accessibility features may vary by product area, user role, browser, assistive technology, and third-party integration.

Third-Party Content and Integrations

TMind AI may use or integrate with third-party technologies, services, or content providers. Examples may include cloud infrastructure, authentication services, payment processing, AI model providers, embedded media, analytics tools, or external documentation resources.

While we aim to select vendors and tools that support accessible experiences, some third-party content or functionality may be outside of TMind AI’s direct control. When accessibility limitations are identified, we work to document them, provide alternatives where feasible, and consider accessibility impact in future vendor and product decisions.

Compliance Status

TMind AI's current accessibility status is partially conformant. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the platform may not fully meet all applicable accessibility criteria yet, but TMind AI is actively working to identify, prioritize, and address accessibility improvements.

For institutional procurement and accessibility review purposes, TMind AI maintains an Accessibility Conformance Report based on the VPAT® 2.5Rev Revised Section 508 edition. The report describes how TMind AI’s web-based platform, electronic content, and support documentation align with applicable Revised Section 508 accessibility requirements.

Accessibility Conformance Report / VPAT Summary

TMind AI maintains an Accessibility Conformance Report based on the VPAT® 2.5Rev Revised Section 508 edition for institutional accessibility reviews, procurement processes, and RFP submissions.

The Revised Section 508 Standards incorporate WCAG 2.0 Level A and Level AA success criteria for electronic content and software. The VPAT includes different editions for standards such as Revised Section 508, WCAG, EN 301 549, and International reporting.

Browser and Assistive Technology Compatibility

TMind AI is designed to work with modern browsers and commonly used assistive technologies. Accessibility performance may vary depending on browser version, operating system, device settings, and assistive technology configuration. For the best experience, we recommend using the latest stable versions of major browsers such as Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox.

Limitations and Alternatives

Despite our ongoing efforts, some areas of the platform may not yet fully meet all accessibility standards.

If you encounter a barrier, we encourage you to contact us at hi@tmind.ai. TMind AI will review the issue and, where feasible, provide support, guidance, or an alternative way to access the relevant information or functionality.

Review and Updates

TMind AI reviews this Accessibility Statement periodically and may update it as our product, accessibility practices, standards, or conformance reporting changes.
